Mmmmm...this tastes like Autumn! (Well, a slightly boozy autumn.)  It's the perfect accompaniment to a weekend brunch, or just about any time you want to celebrate.

Wet the rims of your champagne flutes with water or lemon juice and dip in cinnamon sugar.  Fill the glasses 2/3 full with apple cider and top with Proseco or champagne.

It's that simple!  Nobody ever said autumn libations had to be difficult :)
