This fabulous little mug o' chocolate cake couldn't be easier or more delicious!

3 T. all-purpose flour

3 T. sugar

2 T. cocoa powder

1/4 t. baking powder

pinch of salt, optional

3 T. milk

3 T. vegetable oil

splash vanilla extract

optional: 3 T. chocolate chip

 In a 12-oz microwave-safe ceramic mug, place the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.  Blend thoroughly with a fork.  Add the milk, vegetable oil and vanilla.  Mix until smooth.  Stir in the chocolate chips.  Microwave on high for 90 seconds.  Do not overcook or the cake will be dry.  Let cool for 2 to 3 minutes before eating.

Makes 1 "mug cake"
