Transform our amazing chocolate ganache recipe into this show-stopping dessert! Cherrie and chocolate are a match made in heaven. Vodka adds an extra something special to this recipe... just don't forget to also add it to the sauce! Holy Mother of Chocolate, this is good!


-Our famous chocolate ganache recipe

-2 (10oz) bags frozen dark cherries

-1/2 cup vodka

-6 T sugar

-Your favorite pie crust


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay pie crust into 9" round pan. Pour ganache into the tart shell and chill for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until set.

For the sauce, place frozen cherries, vodka, and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for about 45 minutes, until the cherries begin to break down and the sauce thickens. Let cool and serve with the chocolate ganache tart
